ABILITY ONE ACQUIRES SMITH & NEPHEW PLC'S REHABILITATION BUSINESS AbilityOne Expands With Purchase Of Smith & Nephew Rehabilitation Bolingbrook, IL - March 27th, 2002 AbilityOne Corporation announced today the acquisition of Smith & Nephew Rehabilitation, a division of U.K. based Smith & Nephew. Effective immediately, this division will return to its original and highly recognized name - Rolyan.
