Bob Rubin is a Senior Advisor at OEP and has worked with the firm for over 15 years. Previously, Mr. Rubin served as Senior Vice President at JPMorgan Chase (2005-2015), Senior Vice President at Bank One Corporation (2002-2004), Managing Director at Smith Barney (1989-2001), a Financial Consultant (1985-1989), and the President of Lehman Brothers (1984), where he worked from 1958 to 1985. He also served in the U.S. Army Finance Corps from 1955 to 1958.
Mr. Rubin currently serves as a trustee at the Brooklyn Museum and was formerly a Member of the Board of Trustees at the Brooklyn Hospital Center and the St. Ann’s School, a Member of the Board of Directors at the Municipal Art Society of New York, a Member of the Art Commission of the City of New York, Chairman of the Brooklyn Children’s Museum, and a Member of the Corporation at the Polytechnic University of New York.
Mr. Rubin earned his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from Yale University and holds a Master of Business Administration from Harvard University.
