Megan Layer joined One Equity Partners’ Chicago office in 2022 as Valuations Associate. Prior to joining OEP, Ms. Layer was a Valuation Analyst for healthcare transactions at Huron Consulting Group. Ms. Layer also specialized in scenario-variable forecast models for health systems facing financial and operational distress during the COVID-19 pandemic. Ms. Layer graduated from the University of Wisconsin School of Business with a B.B.A in Finance and Investment Banking.
