One Equity Partners Agrees to Sell its Stake in Armis as part of a $7 Billion Transaction
Firm Drove Consistent ARR Growth and Executed Strategic M&A
One Equity Partners (“OEP”), a middle market private equity firm, today announced that it has entered into a definitive agreement to sell its stake in Armis to ServiceNow (NYSE:NOW) in a transaction, which values the Company at $7 billion.
Founded in 2015, Armis is a cyber exposure management and security company. Its product offering ensures that organizations can continuously see, protect and manage all critical IT assets. The Company recently surpassed $300 million in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR), growing approximately 50% year-over-year. Armis has worked with over 40% of the Fortune 100 companies, including 7 of the Fortune 10 companies, and helps protect leading organizations around the globe, including manufacturers, airlines, financial services firms, healthcare institutions, and state and federal agencies.

During its four-year investment period, OEP worked closely with management to develop and establish an M&A strategy, which led Armis to close on three strategic acquisitions over the last two years that have expanded its capabilities across cloud, AI, and operational technology security.
