One Equity Partners Completes Sale of its Stake in Armis
One Equity Partners (“OEP”), a middle market private equity firm, today announced that it has completed the sale of its stake in Armis (the “Company”) to ServiceNow (NYSE:NOW).
Founded in 2015, Armis is a cyber exposure management and security company, offering products that ensure organizations can continuously see, protect and manage all critical IT assets. Armis has worked with over 40% of the Fortune 100 companies, including 7 of the Fortune 10 companies, and helps protect leading organizations around the globe, including manufacturers, airlines, financial services firms, healthcare institutions, and state and federal agencies.
