Brian Callahan

Brian Callahan joined One Equity Partners as an Associate in 2025 and is based in New York.
Prior to joining OEP, Mr. Callahan worked for Goldman Sachs as an Investment Banking Summer Associate in the Global Industrials Group and spent a summer with OEP in our internship program. Prior to these internships, Brian served in the U.S. Army 5th Special Forces Group as a Captain and earned the Green Beret and Ranger Tab, among other awards. In this role, he oversaw and coordinated partnered and allied operations in Europe, the Middle East, and Central Asia for multiple cross-functional units of over 100 soldiers and enablers.
He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and earned an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with concentrations in accounting, finance, and entrepreneurship.
