Brian Callahan
Associate
Brian Callahan joined One Equity Partners as an Associate in 2025 and is based in New York.
Prior to joining OEP, Mr. Callahan worked for Goldman Sachs as an Investment Banking Summer Associate in the Global Industrials Group and spent a summer with OEP in our internship program. Prior to these internships, Brian served as a Captain in the U.S. Army 5th Special Forces Group and earned the Green Beret, Ranger Tab, and other commendations. During his service, he led multinational operations in Europe, the Middle East, and Central Asia.
He is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and earned an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business with concentrations in accounting, finance, and entrepreneurship.
