Hans Grimbergen
Director
Hans Grimbergen joined OEP in 2023 and is a director in the Amsterdam office. He also acts as OEP's coordinating tax specialist on European transactions.
Prior to joining OEP, Mr. Grimbergen was a tax partner in EY’s International tax and transaction tax group. In that role, he had been working with OEP since 2007 on various funds and investments. Before joining EY, Mr. Grimbergen was a tax inspector with the Dutch Revenue Service. Mr. Grimbergen holds MSc degrees in Business Economics and Tax Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
