Before joining OEP, Max worked at Rothschild as an Analyst in Mergers & Acquisitions (Global Advisory), where he advised on M&A transactions across a range of sectors, including Healthcare, Chemicals, Aerospace & Defense, and Industrials. Max graduated from the Frankfurt School of Finance with a Master of Finance degree.
