Before joining OEP, Mr. Schalkowski worked as an Associate at Deutsche Bank, where he was part of the German Corporate Finance team, focusing on M&A and ECM mandates in the DACH region. Mr. Schalkowski graduated from IE University with a Dual Bachelor in Business Administration and Law.
