Michael Lange
Operating Partner
Michael Lange joined OEP in 2022 and is an Operating Partner and a member of the ESG Committee based in Frankfurt with a focus on supporting portfolio companies in the value creation process. He is currently serving on the Board of Directors for Muehlhan, Yorktel, Clayens, VASS, MSQ, and Kirey.
Prior to joining OEP, Mr. Lange spent 8 years with McKinsey & Company as a Partner and leader in their Private Equity Practice in Germany and EMEA where he supported private equity clients and their portfolio companies across sectors in strategy, operational improvement, as well as M&A. He led the PE Portfolio Support Service Line in Germany as well as the Private Equity-Industrials JV. Before joining McKinsey, Mr. Lange was a Project Manager in the Restructuring/Corporate Finance division of Roland Berger Strategy Consultants.
Mr. Lange graduated from Goethe University Frankfurt with a degree in Business Administration.
Operating Partners may receive fees, compensation, expense reimbursements or incentive compensation from portfolio companies, prospective portfolio companies and/or the applicable OEP fund directly, which do not offset the management fees paid by an OEP fund.
