Nico Menze joined One Equity Partners in 2026 and is an Associate based in Frankfurt.
Prior to joining OEP, Mr. Menze worked for Oaktree Capital Management, where he was a Private Equity Associate in the European Principal Group and served as a board member and board observer on several portfolio companies across multiple sectors including Industrials and Life Science. Before Oaktree, Mr. Menze worked as an Investment Banking Analyst at Evercore where he advised on M&A and debt transactions across a range of sectors, including Industrials, Technology, Infrastructure and Real Estate. Mr. Menze received a master’s degree in Financial Management from Vlerick Business School in Brussels.
