Nicolas Ritter

Nicolas Ritter joined One Equity Partners in 2022 and is a Vice President based in Frankfurt. Since his start, Mr. Ritter has worked on various investments in the industrials, technology, and services sector. He is involved in the investments in Muehlhan, Desmi, DWK, and Verimatrix.
Prior to joining OEP, Mr. Ritter was an Associate at Morgan Stanley in the German Coverage and M&A Execution Team in Frankfurt, where he was involved in several M&A and capital markets transaction. He also worked at Citigroup in the EMEA Leveraged Finance Team in London. Mr. Ritter holds a M.Sc. in Finance from Bocconi University in Milan and a B.Sc. in Business Administration from University of Mannheim.
