Ori Birnboim

Ori Birnboim joined OEP in 2013 and is a Partner based in Frankfurt. During his tenure at OEP, Mr. Birnboim has worked on numerous investments in the automotive, energy, services and technology industries. Mr. Birnboim is currently a director on the Board of Directors of Armis, Nexion, PGW, and Wheeler and also led several of OEP’s realized investments such as Brush and others.
Prior to joining OEP, Mr. Birnboim co-founded an Emerging Markets focused M&A firm which he sold in 2012 and prior to that he worked in the Investment Banking division of CIBC Capital Markets in Toronto and New York. Mr. Birnboim received a B.Com. in Finance and Economics from the Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto, where he graduated cum laude.
